We hope you enjoy the May Day bank holiday weekend. If you need to get in contact with us over the long weekend, details of our services are as follows:
Repairs
Non-emergency repairs can be reported up until 5pm on Friday 1 May by calling 0115 915 2222
Saturday 2 to Monday 4 May - 24 hours emergency repairs service only by calling 0115 915 2222
Tuesday 5 May - our normal repairs service will begin again at 8.30am
Paying your rent
You can pay your rent 24 hours a day online or by calling the 24 hour automated payment line on 0800 052 0173
For rent enquiries over the bank holiday, we'll be available to help until 5pm on Friday 1 May by calling 0115 915 4920, Our normal rent service will begin again from 8.30am on Tuesday 5 May.
Housing Services
We'll be available to help until 5pm on Friday 1 May by calling 0115 746 9555. Our normal housing service will begin again from 8.30am on Tuesday 5 May.
Nottingham on Call
Our Nottingham on Call service will be available to existing customers 24 hours a day, every day, as always.
