Unfortunately, we are unable to help with every possible type of animal and/or insect nuisance. In some cases, you may need to take steps to manage the situation independently.
We are currently reviewing our pest control provision, to see how we can provide a better service to tenants.
While we're making improvements to the service we offer, we'd ask that you continue to report pest control concerns as soon as you spot an issue. The current pest control service covers rats, mice and cockroaches.
Please report repairs that are needed because of pest activity here.
Please let us know when you report an issue if there are vulnerability, safeguarding, access or significant health concerns.
