Your voice

Our tenants are at the heart of everything we do. Only by working with you and listening to what you tell us can we make sure we’re providing services that meet your needs. We need you to make your voice heard.

 There are many ways you can get involved and do that, including: 

  • taking part in online surveys and focus groups
  • joining our Customer Excellence Panel
  • joining our Tenant Repairs Group.
