Emergency repairs only - 16 to 22 October

During the week of Monday 16 October, our customer service centre will only be accepting requests for emergency repairs.
This is because we’re moving to a new repairs management system. We’re sorry if this causes any inconvenience.
Once installed, the new system will improve repairs processes and speed up appointments when you report repairs in the future.
If you have a non-emergency repair, we'd be grateful if you could wait until Monday 23 October to report it to us. If you can't, we'll be able to take your repairs request, but won't be able to process it for you until the 23rd.
Alternatively, you can raise your repair request at any time on Housing Online. You'll need your email address and rent account number to register. Login or register here: Housing Online
If your repair is an emergency you can report it 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling the Customer Service Centre on 0115 915 2222.
Existing appointments for non-emergency repairs will still take place as booked.
